They should not use the stars at thier hotel. The room I was staying 206, had no hot water (so cold shower in the morning) , the air condition was not really working, (I don't think you can call that the air condition), and the smell of food, early in the morning, was in my room. Bad Bad experience

Location was EXCELLENT, the hotel overlooked the castle. Plenty of various drinks, such as gins and beers in the bar.

Great value for money with friendly staff and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The hotel offers fresh food with many options to select, and the pool area is nice and relaxing.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and had an unpleasant smell during the whole holiday. The room was small and had no view, making it feel a bit claustrophobic.

Very rude personel who does not speak English at all. Workers at the reception desk is not problem solver but expects from the clients to do it. They accept somebody else to your room without asking you. Then they say to you that they cant find you to ask about this while they have your phone number.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. the location was perfect as it was in the center of the town, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. the food was also very delicious, with a variety of options for all food preferences.
The hotel could improve its amenities. the hot water was not constant, and the pool was small.
